鈷鐵氧體/膨脹石墨及其聚吡咯復合物的制備和油水分離性能

摘要: 用化學共沉淀法和原位乳液聚合法分別制備了鈷鐵氧體/膨脹石墨復合微粒(CF/EG)和鈷鐵氧體/膨脹石墨/聚吡咯復合物(CF/EG/PPy)。用現代分析技術表征了樣品的組成、結構、形貌、電-磁性能和油水分離性能。結果表明,CF粒子已填嵌入到膨脹石墨的層間,CF/EG/PPy復合物的核(CF/EG)和殼(PPy)之間存在著一定的相互作用,樣品的油水分離效果與膨脹石墨的層間空隙成正比,其次序為:EG>CF/EG>CF/EG/PPy。磁性的CF/EG微?;厥杖菀?重復使用性能優良,循環5次的效率不低于90%。
